As an entrepreneur, one of the most important things you can do is pass on your knowledge. Especially to those who are at an earlier point on the same journey as you. Modern technology has provided us with a lot of amazing ways to network and disseminate information. However, there is still a lot to be said for group events within a company. Nowhere is more conducive to networking than an event at which people can gather and talk face-to-face. That’s why Justin Cobb organizes regular meetings for his assistant managers to network and gain information on a topic.
The most recent assistant managers meeting was held this week at the W Hotel in Atlanta. A contingent of over 120 attendees came from all across the US. Attendees came from New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Boston, as well as many other places. The meeting was a two-day event from the 18th to the 19th of September. It consisted of workshops, Q&A sessions, and speakers on various topics. The main theme was on opening a new office in the business, and what to expect.
The first night there was an organized networking dinner. On the last night of the meeting, all attendees attended a baseball game to finish off a great event. The whole meeting was recorded and preserved for content for Justin’s training website, AG Academy. Justin has been developing and building the website for the last 8 years. AG Academy is a repository of information, video tutorials, and training courses for entrepreneurs who want to replicate Justin’s success.
